The competition is organized by Alpha Reloaded and will be governed by the panel selected by the management of Alpha Reloaded. General Rules:
- Entry is open to all residents across U.A.E
- The submitted content should be inline with the theme: Envision Future UAE
- Participation is FREE
- Age limit is 3 years and above as per the below category:
- Kindergarten
- Grade | Year 1 to Grade | Year 4
- Grade | Year 5 to Grade | Year 8
- Grade | Year 9 to Grade 12 | Year 13
- Educators
- Adults
- Proof of identity and age is required
- Multiple entries in one competition category will be disqualified however individuals can participate in one or more competition as per their eligibility
- Providing incorrect or false information will result in disqualification
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition or the parent in case of children
- Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed
- The organizers reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject
- The participant(s) agree(s) to the use of their details to any pre or post competition promo/publicity
- Unless stated otherwise all entries must be submitted by 26 Nov 2022 with the registration code as instructed in the post related to the competition
- Under no circumstances can alterations be made to the submitted content
- The competition organizers reserve the right to change the judging panel without notice and not to award prizes if, in the judges’ opinion, such an action is justified.
- The judges will evaluate all the entries without knowing the details of the participant; their decision is final
- Neither the judges nor Alpha Reloaded staff will enter into any correspondence
- All entries will be judged anonymously
- The decision of the Jury shall be final & binding on all the participants
- The poems must not exceed 30 lines in length.
- Poems must be the participants original content
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, published on a website, broadcast in another competition before 30 Nov 2022
- Only handwritten entries will be accepted
- Only white color A4 paper size to be used
- The content must be written on a single sided page only (content on both side of a page is not allowed)
- The page must only include text (any decor or coloring will lead to disqualification)
- The content must be written either in black or blue ink only
- Entries must be written in English only
- Poems containing language that is vulgar, offensive, or wholly inappropriate will not be accepted.
- The content must be scanned and emailed to poem@alphareloaded.com
- The file name must be your registration code number only
- Only jpg or jpeg file to be submitted
- The essay should be the original work of the participant and not be copied from anywhere
- The writing should not have grammatical errors as well as overlapping of contents
- There should be structural coherence. The introduction and conclusion of the essay should be proper and rational.
- The evaluation will be made on the basis of content, coverage, facts, writing spirit inclined towards the Envision Future UAE theme
- The content must be written on a single sided page only (content on both side of a page is not allowed)
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, published on a website, broadcast in another competition before 30 Nov 2022
- Only handwritten entries will be accepted
- Only white color A4 paper size to be used
- The content must be writing in a single page (two page content is allowed)
- The page must only include text (any decor or coloring will lead to disqualification)
- The content must be written either in black or blue ink only
- Entries must be written in English only
- Essays containing language that is vulgar, offensive, or wholly inappropriate will not be accepted.
- The content must be scanned and emailed to essay@alphareloaded.com
- The file name must be your registration code number only
- Only jpg or jpeg file to be submitted
- Art should consists only of colors (no pictures, craft or cut outs will be accepted)
- Your art should be of original work and not be copied from anywhere
- The evaluation will be made on the basis of interpretation of the event's theme, level of creativity and originality, and the quality of the artwork and artistic skill demonstrated inclined towards the Envision Future UAE theme
- The Art must be done on a single sided page only (art on both side of a page is not allowed)
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, published on a website, broadcast in another competition before 30 Nov 2022
- Only handwritten entries will be accepted
- Only white color A4 paper size to be used
- Art which depicts language that is vulgar, offensive, or wholly inappropriate will not be accepted.
- There is no restriction for usage of colors
- The content must be scanned and emailed to art@alphareloaded.com
- The file name must be your registration code number only
- Only jpg or jpeg file to be submitted
- Only self recorded videos will be accepted
- The video must not exceed a maximum time of 60 secs
- The video created must respect the theme of the competition
- Do not overload the video with text
- Sound, Graphics effects and music are allowed
- The content must be the participants original content
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, published on a website, broadcast in another competition before 30 Nov 2022
- The video can be edited to add filters, graphics and animation.
- Participants can use either English or Arabic language only
- Videos containing language that is vulgar, offensive, or wholly inappropriate will not be accepted.
- No copyrighted materials (music, images, video clips, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest.
- Written permission must be obtained and provided upon request for all copyrighted materials.
- The content must be emailed through www.wetransfer.com to selfievideo@alphareloaded.com
- The file name must be your registration code number only
- The file size must not be more than 2 GB
- The file format must be mp4 only
